It was at the PropTech Convention in Lahore, 2024, where real estate leaders gathered to discuss trends and challenges. During a his speech, Mr. Atif Arafin, Founder PropTech club, posed a transformative idea:
“We want k hum real estate main technology ko enable karen, or tama stakeholders ko ek platform per ikhata karen. We are launching a PropTech Club for the like-minded individuals”
That moment marked the beginning of what would become a community designed to reshape Pakistan’s real estate landscape through digital transformation.

By July 2024, the idea became reality. Landtrack.pk, a leading proptech facilitation platform, officially launched The PropTech Club with a clear mission:
“To empower builders, developers, conusltants, financiers, and tech enablers to collaborate year-round through real estate technology.”
The PropTech Club became a platform for change-makers—those passionate about PropTech in Pakistan, driven to push boundaries and build future-ready property ecosystems.
